Satkosia, Feb, 9: The Satkosia Wildlife Sanctuary is set to get a new look.
An amount of Rs99 crore 75 lakh will be spent, with a blueprint prepared for modern infrastructure. The State Government has approved the Detailed Project Report (DPR).
To attract more tourists, new entry gates will be developed at the sanctuary.
Entry points will be developed at Purunakote, Jagannathpur, Tikarpada, and Baliput.
New entry gates will also be constructed at Kusanga and Chamundia.
Facilities such as a food court, floating jetty, bonfire areas, and watch towers will be created.
