Papadahandi, 8th Aug 2025: A block-level committee of the Bande Utkal Lokakala O Lok Sanskriti Sangha has been formed at the premises of the Aravind Integrated Education Centre in Papadahandi.
The meeting was organized under the chairmanship of South Odisha President Jagannath Behera, with District President Shibashankar Tripathy and District Vice President Srinibas Patra present.
In the newly constituted committee, Tapan Kumar Rath has been appointed as the Papadahandi Block President, Gourang Charan Padhi as Secretary, and Narayan Guru and Mitrabhanu Satanami as Advisors.
Mr. Behera stated that the Sangha will work for the all-round development of folk artists.
Among others present at the meeting were Shyamsundar Nigi, Dillip Swaain, Sharatchandra Majhi, Trinath Dhakad, and Manoj Agrawal, along with several others.
