Bhubaneswar, March, 16: Prasanna Acharya expressed concern in the House over alleged trespassing by Chhattisgarh.
He stated that, like Andhra Pradesh, the Chhattisgarh government is also engaging in unauthorized entry into Odisha territory.
According to him, Chhattisgarh officials are trespassing into Lakhanpur in Jharsuguda district. He alleged that they are stopping farmers’ vehicles and conducting checks after entering the area.
He further said that the Jharsuguda administration is completely silent on the issue and urged authorities to take steps to prevent such actions. He called for discussions with the Jharsuguda administration and immediate corrective measures.
