Dashapalla, Feb, 18: The Brahma Kumaris school in Khundpada village of Dashapalla celebrated Shiv Jayanti. Following the ashram’s customary rituals, yoga sessions were conducted in the morning, followed by listening to God’s messages through the Murli.
This year marks the 20th birth anniversary of Shiv Baba, and to commemorate the occasion, the program included an independent flag hoisting ceremony and cutting of the birthday cake.
The event was graced by MLA Ramesh Chandra Behera as the chief guest. Other dignitaries included N.A.C. President Eng. Punam Priyadarshini, Councillor Chittaranjan Goswami, and the head of the school, Bhagyalakshmi Bhauṇī, along with brother Dillip Sahu. Additionally, two brothers had traveled from outside the state to attend the ceremony.
Various discussions were held regarding the life and teachings of Shiv Baba. The program concluded with distribution of prasad (blessed food) to all attendees.
