Rayagada, 5th Aug 2025: A district-level yoga competition was successfully organized on Sunday at Rayagada Autonomous College, under the auspices of the Rayagada Yoga Association.
Participants from various parts of the district took part in the event. The winners were honored with medals and certificates, presented by the esteemed guests.
Several prominent figures from Bhubaneswar’s Yoga Association, including Bikash Mohanty, Mamata Rani Sahu, Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, Debabrata Raj, Bikram Kumar Chanchi, Chinmaya Kumar Pradhan, and Bishnath Bagh, attended the event as judges.
Chief Guest for the program was District Sports Officer Sheikh Alihur, while Rayagada Autonomous College Principal Dr. Sarati Ray and GCDE High School Headmaster Shashibhushan Patnaik attended as honored guests.
From the Rayagada Yoga Association, President Nrusimha Kumar Bahinipati, Secretary Priyadarshini Huika, Bishnupriya Bahinipati, Santosh Kumar Bacha, Prabhakar Mishra, G. Debaraj, Lina Senapati, Gauri Shankar Rao, Pratima Panigrahi, Pradeepta Kumar Raut, Bishnupriya Raut, Prince Gupta, Manasi Meleka, and Yugal Panda actively contributed to the successful execution of the event.
The stage was efficiently anchored by the multi-talented Bidisha Satapathy.
