Jeypore, Aug 20 [UDN}: District Headquarters Hospital and inaugurated the newly constructed Critical Care Unit at the hospital premises, built at a cost of ₹22 crore.
During the visit, the Minister met patients undergoing treatment in various wards, enquired about their health conditions, and reviewed the healthcare services being provided. He issued strict directions to the hospital authorities to ensure that the general public receives quality free healthcare services easily and efficiently.
The Minister particularly advised the medical team to work with determination towards reducing infant and maternal mortality rates in the region and to give priority to providing essential specialised healthcare services.
