6th February 2025: Ahead of the India-England ODI at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, security measures and local preparations are being ramped up. The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) is focusing on beautification, sanitation, and fogging around the stadium.
A meeting with officials from the district administration, Odisha Cricket Association, police, and health departments finalized the arrangements. Security personnel will regulate entry and exit through four designated gates. Ambulances and medical teams will be on standby, and food safety officers will monitor hygiene standards at stalls.
Special bus services will also operate from key locations in Cuttack to ease spectator movement, ensuring a smooth and safe event.
