Kendrapara, Oct 28 [UDN}: Goddess Maa Gajalakshmi is dazzling devotees with her magnificent golden crown and beautifully decorated silver backdrop as the festive atmosphere intensifies across Kendrapara district in Odisha. A large number of devotees are gathering at various puja mandaps to seek the blessings of the Goddess of wealth, prosperity, good fortune and abundance.
The traditional Gajalakshmi Puja is being celebrated with great devotion, enthusiasm and religious fervour across the district. Elaborate decorations, beautifully adorned idols and the spiritual ambience at the pandals have added to the festive charm, attracting devotees from Kendrapara and neighbouring areas.
According to the report, Maa Gajalakshmi is being worshipped at 68 different puja mandaps across Kendrapara, where special rituals and religious ceremonies are being conducted. Devotees are visiting the mandaps to offer prayers and seek the Goddess’s blessings for happiness, prosperity and well-being.
The grand celebrations reflect Kendrapara’s rich cultural and religious traditions, with the golden crown and silver decorative structures serving as major attractions for visitors.
