Priority will be given to transportation of mineral resources through waterways
Plan to develop 20 new waterways from the eastern to the western region
Mineral-rich Odisha to benefit from five designated national waterways
The routes will connect Talcher, Angul, and Kalinganagar
Direct connectivity will be established with Paradip Port and Dhamra Port
