Nabarangpur, April 13: Nabarangpur MLA Gourishankar Majhi assumed charge as the Chairman of the District Planning Committee at the District Planning and Coordination Office in Nabarangpur.
On this occasion, School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond, MP Balabhadra Majhi, Jharigaon MLA Narsingh Bhatra, District Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swain, SDC Chairperson Basanti Majhi, Vice-Chairperson Lingaraj Bhatra, Additional District Magistrate (Revenue) Biswajit Chandra Barman, CDO Biranchi Narayan Darwan, and Sub-Collector Prakash Kumar Mishra, among others, were present.
On this occasion, a meeting of district-level officials was held under the chairmanship of the minister to discuss development plans. The District Collector congratulated the new Chairman and advised all officials to work responsibly under his guidance for the overall development of the district and successful implementation of various government schemes.
Similarly, the newly appointed Chairman, Mr. Majhi, sought cooperation from all officials for the development of infrastructure and progress in various sectors of the district.
