Bhubaneswar, 22nd Aug 2025: A secretary-level meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, with special focus on 10 key areas.
AI cameras to be installed in all government offices.
First phase: Kharavela Bhawan and Lok Seva Bhawan.
Later: All district-level government offices.
Emphasis on ensuring punctual attendance of employees.
Close monitoring of underperforming officers.
Stress on compulsory early retirement if no improvement is shown.
Delays in providing public services will be thoroughly reviewed.
From October, the CM Dashboard will become operational.
On the 7th of every month, central departments and district collectors will review progress.
On the 12th, the Departments of Forest, Environment, and Revenue will hold reviews.
Officers have been directed to give importance to field visits.
