High-Level Review Meeting Held Ahead of Amit Shah’s Odisha Tour

Bhubaneswar: March, 2:  Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will visit Odisha on a two-day tour starting March 5. The state government has begun extensive preparations to ensure the success of this important visit.
This evening, a high-level preparatory meeting was held under the chairpersonship of Chief Secretary Anu Garg.
Visit Schedule and Key Programs:
March 5 (Evening):2
He will arrive in Bhubaneswar from New Delhi by a special Indian Air Force aircraft.
March 6 (Forenoon):
He will attend the CISF Foundation Day ceremony at Mundali in Cuttack.

March 6 (Afternoon):
He will perform the foundation stone laying ceremony for the campus of National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) and the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) at Jatni.
He will virtually inaugurate the NFSU transit campus in Bhubaneswar.
At the IDCO Exhibition Ground in Bhubaneswar, he will inaugurate the ‘Navin Nyaya Samhita’ exhibition and lay the foundation stones for various cooperative projects.
Security and Arrangements:
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding security arrangements, traffic management, and route planning for the Home Minister’s visit. Special emphasis has been placed on road repairs, illumination, and beautification from Godisahi to Mundali.
The meeting was attended by Additional Chief Secretary Hemant Sharma, Director General of Police Y.B. Khurania, Cooperation Secretary Rajesh Prabhakar Patil, along with the Collectors of Khordha and Cuttack districts and several senior officials.
The Chief Secretary directed all departments to maintain proper coordination and complete the preparations well before the scheduled time.
