Konark, Aug 24: The historic town of Konark is preparing to come alive with music, dance and cultural traditions as the Jhulana Utsav begins on August 24.
Organised by Konark Natya Mandap, the five-day festival will continue until August 28 and bring together artistes representing different classical dance and music traditions from across India.
The festival offers audiences an opportunity to experience India’s rich performing-arts heritage in the cultural atmosphere of Konark. Through live performances, the event is expected to create a platform where established artistes and art enthusiasts can connect and celebrate the country’s diverse traditions.
