Major Relief for Schematic Junior Teachers as Government Announces Regularization of Services After Long Wait

Bhubaneswar, April 01:  Major decision by the Chief Minister: Contractual schematic junior teachers have been regularized
They will be considered regular employees from the date of joining
Granted regular employee status from January 1, 2026
Junior teachers of this category appointed during 2023–24 have been regularized
They will receive notional benefits up to December 31, 2025
More than 13,000 schematic junior teachers will benefit from this decision
