Malkangiri Administration Comes Forward to Support Kidney Patient

Malkangiri , Feb, 12:The Malkangiri district administration has extended financial assistance for the treatment of Keshab Sabara, who is suffering from kidney disease.
According to reports, Keshab Sabara (55), a theatre artist from the Kudumulugumma police station area under Khairput block, is a well-known personality in the region. For the past few months, he has been undergoing treatment for kidney disease at the Malkangiri District Headquarters Hospital.

After receiving information about his condition, District Culture Officer Santras Narayan Panda informed the district administration. Subsequently, financial assistance of ₹10,000 was provided to the patient from the Red Cross Fund.

Mr. Sabara is a senior artist recognized by the Sangeet Natak division of the Government of India and is also a district-level advisory member recognized by the Department of Odia Language, Literature, and Culture, Government of Odisha. He has actively promoted various developmental and public welfare programmes of the Odisha Government at different times.

Expressing gratitude for the support extended by the district administration, Mr. Sabara’s family members conveyed their thanks.
