Keonjhar, June 22 {UDN}: Nalini Kumar Sethi, a teacher and resident of Mukundapur Patana in Ghatagaon Block of Keonjhar district, has been awarded a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Mathematics.
He received the prestigious degree from C.V. Raman Global University, Bhubaneswar. His doctoral research was carried out under the direct supervision of Dr. Ganeshwar Mahanta, Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the university, and Dr. Sachin S., Professor in the Department of Mathematics at BIUST.
Mr. Sethi successfully earned the degree by submitting and defending his thesis titled “Heat and Mass Transfer Enhancement of Hybrid Nanofluid Flow in the Presence of Activation Energy.” The research focuses on advanced mathematical modeling and analysis of heat and mass transfer phenomena in hybrid nanofluids, an important area in modern applied mathematics and engineering sciences.
His thesis has received high appreciation from Dr. Gopal Chandra Sinha, Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Jadavpur University, who praised the quality and academic significance of the research work.
The achievement has brought pride to his family, colleagues, and the people of Keonjhar district, highlighting the growing contribution of Odisha’s educators and researchers to higher education and scientific advancement.
