Bhubaneswar, Feb, 12: Transport Minister Bibhuti Jena gave a major update regarding PUCC.
The Minister said everyone is required to get PUCC done.
“A scheme is underway to reduce PUCC fines at toll gates,” he said.
“Discussions are ongoing to reduce fines of ₹10,000.”
Strict PUCC rules had been implemented in the state due to air pollution concerns.
The government has instructed that all vehicle owners must get PUCC done, the Minister added.
