Nabarangpur, Dec, 29: In the State Youth BJD (Biju Janata Dal) organization, Arun Mishra from Nabarangpur has been appointed as Vice President, and Neelamadhab Patra as General Secretary. The BJD has also given the responsibility of General Secretary to Ravi Rajesh Kumar from Malkangiri.
