Newly Renovated Conference Hall of Revenue and Disaster Management Department Opened by Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari

Bhubaneswar, May 12:  At Lok Seva Bhavan, the newly renovated conference hall of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department was inaugurated by Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari.
On the occasion, traditional rituals and पूजा were conducted in the morning, and sacred flowers blessed by Lord Jagannath from Shree Jagannath Temple were brought as auspicious blessings. After inaugurating the conference hall, the Minister expressed happiness and described it as a symbol of the department’s new transformation and renewed identity.
Additional Chief Secretary of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Dr. Arvind Padhee, stated that the renovated conference hall reflects the department’s reform-oriented initiatives and will play an important role in enhancing its capacity and efficiency.
During the first meeting held in the renovated hall, a presentation was showcased highlighting the department’s achievements, transparent governance initiatives, and future plans and work strategy. Detailed discussions were also held on various departmental issues based on the Minister’s guidance.
Officials of the Works Department who completed the renovation work were thanked on the occasion. Senior officials of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department were also present during the programme.
