No Compulsion on Green Stickers, Says Minister

Bhubaneswar,  Jan, 13:  It is not mandatory to affix the green sticker on vehicles.
Informed by Transport Minister Bibhuti Bhushan Jana.
Sufficient green stickers will be provided at all RTOs this month.
The green sticker is only an indicator; no payment is required.
There is no need to bear any extra burden for this
