Odisha Amala Sangha Assigns Election Responsibilities to District President

Jeypore,19th Aug 2025:: As the tenure of the Odisha Amala Sangha Nabarangpur district branch officials comes to an end, the foundation day of the Odisha Amala Sangha was observed at the Sangam Kalyan Mandap, Jayanagar, Jeypore. During the event, the State General Secretary of Odisha Amala Sangha, Shri Chittaranjan Charasia, directed that the Nabarangpur district branch elections and selections be conducted promptly. Following this directive, Shri Charasia issued an order on 25th July 2025 (Letter No. 135/25.07.2025).

Accordingly, the Odisha Amala Sangha has assigned election responsibilities for the Nabarangpur district branch to Shri Shashibhushan Dash, President of the Odisha Amala Sangha Koraput district branch. To facilitate this, a district election committee was formed by the Koraput branch.

A meeting of the committee was held at the Jeypore Office Auditorium, chaired by Shri Shashibhushan Dash. Senior officials and members of the Koraput branch participated in the meeting. The election committee, unanimously agreed, included the following members:

  • Shri Kishore Chandra Dash, Organizational Editor, Koraput Branch

  • Shri Jagannath Majhi, Vice President, Koraput Branch
  • Shri Sanjay Kumar Rath, Vice President, Koraput Branch
  • Shri Kadi Prasad Mishra, Vice President, Koraput Branch
  • Shri Jagendra Choudhury, Senior Member, Koraput Branch
  • Shri Satya Ranjan Tripathy, Senior Member, Koraput Branch
  • Shri Sanjib Kumar Pattnayak, Senior Member, Koraput Branch

The committee has been given the complete responsibility to conduct the Nabarangpur district elections efficiently.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Shri Dash, President of the Koraput branch, thanked all members for their participation and formally adjourned the session.
