Odisha Celebrates Children’s Talents and Future at Mahak-Utsah 2024 Festival

27th November 2024: Odisha recently hosted the Mahak-Utsah 2024 Children’s Festival at Kalinga Stadium, a celebration of young talent and a commitment to shaping a brighter future for the state’s children. Organized by the Odisha State Child Protection Committee and the Department of Women and Child Development, the event saw children with exceptional skills being honored and encouraged to pursue their dreams.

This festival serves as an innovative platform to recognize and nurture the creativity and potential of children. The state’s focus is not only on ensuring the safety and security of children but also on providing opportunities for their development and participation in society. Through more than 2,200 registered child care institutions, the state is ensuring that every child receives the care, protection, and rights they deserve.
