11th July 2025: In a moment of great pride and recognition, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri K.V. Singh Deo, received the prestigious “Best State in Agriculture” award at the 16th Agriculture Leadership Conclave, organized by the Agriculture Today Group. This national accolade marks a significant milestone in Odisha’s journey towards sustainable agriculture, inclusive rural growth, and farmer empowerment.

The award recognizes Odisha’s outstanding performance in the field of agriculture — from promoting technological innovation and sustainable farming practices to ensuring the welfare of farmers and implementing policies that are both forward-thinking and inclusive.
Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi and Deputy Chief Minister Shri K.V. Singh Deo, Odisha has introduced a series of impactful initiatives aimed at transforming the agrarian landscape.
