Bhubaneswar,June 26 {UDN}: Odisha para-badminton players Akash Ranjan Munda and Bibhasindhu Barik have brought pride to both the state and the nation by winning a total of six medals at the World Abilitysport Youth Games.
Akash won two gold medals in the Men’s Singles (SL3) and Mixed Doubles (SL3-SU5) events, while also securing a silver medal in the Men’s Doubles (SL3-SU5) category.
Similarly, Bibhasindhu claimed a gold medal in the Men’s Doubles (SL3-SU5) event. He also won a silver medal in the Men’s Singles (SL3) and a bronze medal in the Mixed Doubles (SL3-SU5) competition.
Their remarkable achievement has brought glory to Odisha and India on the international sporting stage.
