Odisha Steps Up Flood Preparedness as Minister Suresh Pujari Chairs High-Level Review Meeting with Collectors and Senior Officials

Bhubaneswar,  Aug 12 [UDN}:Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari held a meeting with all district Collectors and senior officials at Lok Seva Bhawan to review the flood situation in the state.
The Minister said that around 6 lakh people have been affected by the floods, while 1.65 lakh people have been shifted to relief centres.
He urged people living in waterlogged and flood-affected areas to move to relief centres for their safety.
