Odisha’s Maithili Shines on the National Stage After Her Inspiring Story Is Featured in Prime Minister Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’

Bhubaneswar, Sept 7 [UDN}:Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Odisha’s Maithili Bhue during his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme.

Maithili Bhue has been working towards forest conservation in the Debrigarh region while also collecting kendu leaves and honey. Her efforts have inspired and involved nearly 60 women, who are now participating in this initiative.

Through their collective work, the women are contributing to both livelihood generation and the conservation of forests.
