Bhubaneswar, May 05: A tragic incident occurred at Sapua Dam where a tourist car plunged into the water.
The car lost control and fell into the dam, leading to the death of one person.
The deceased has been identified as Prasanna Kumar Maharana from Bhubaneswar.
Out of the four tourists in the car, three narrowly escaped.
The fire services team rescued all occupants and admitted the injured to Hindol hospital for treatment.
The incident reportedly happened while the group had visited the dam for an outing.
