People from Remote Areas Participate in Public Grievance Hearing Organized by District Administration at Chakapad, Phulbani

Phulbani, March, 18:  A public grievance hearing was conducted on Monday by Kandhamal District Collector Veda Bhushan at the conference hall of Chakapad Block in Kandhamal district.
During the hearing, a total of 82 issues—both individual and group-related—were addressed. People from all Gram Panchayats under the block attended the session and discussed their concerns directly with the District Collector. Citizens expressed that such public hearings bring the administration closer to the people, enabling them to present their grievances easily and ensuring quicker resolution of problems.

Later, District Collector Veda Bhushan visited Kusumendi and Baplamendi Panchayats under the block and reviewed various developmental works carried out by the block administration.
Among others present were SP Harish Bishi, Baliguda Sub-Collector Pranita Das, CDO Shambhu Nath Nandi, PA ITDA Baliguda Krupasindhu Behera, the BDO, engineers, and other officials.
