Khandagiri, Feb, 9: The Commissionerate Police has issued notices to various Jatra committees.
Khandagiri Police has released 14 guidelines to ensure the fair is conducted in a disciplined manner.
Any form of nude dance or objectionable/explicit performances is strictly prohibited.
Six emergency entry and exit gates must be arranged near the Jatra pandal.
The stage area must not exceed the size permitted in the issued license.
Organizers have been instructed to keep fire safety equipment in place and ensure proper parking arrangements.
Sound levels must not exceed the prescribed limit.
