Delhi, Sept 2 [UDN}:Will Nitin Gadkari Retire from Politics? — Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has said that he may not be able to continue working as much as he has been doing. His remarks at an event in eKatol, Nagpur district, have sparked considerable discussion.
Gadkari said that he has been active in public life for the past 30 years, but now feels that he cannot continue doing much more. He also emphasized the need to give opportunities to the younger generation.
Following these remarks, questions are being raised about Gadkari’s political future, particularly amid discussions over a possible Cabinet expansion and reshuffle. His statement has therefore triggered speculation over whether the veteran BJP leader is considering stepping back from active politics.
