Tough Directives from Chief Minister to District Collectors on Implementation of Key Government Schemes

Bhubaneswar:April 21:Mohan Majhi has issued strict instructions to all district collectors to stop the illegal smuggling of fertilizers and take strong action against black marketing.
During a meeting with district collectors regarding the availability and proper distribution of fertilizers for the Kharif season, the Chief Minister emphasized that every farmer must receive fertilizers as per their requirements.
 Key Directions:
Ensure adequate availability and fair distribution of fertilizers to all farmers
Take strict action against black marketing and hoarding
Conduct surprise inspections of warehouses of wholesale and retail dealers
File FIRs against illegal hoarders
Cancel licenses if evidence of black marketing is found
The Chief Minister has taken a firm stance to prevent fertilizer shortages and illegal activities, ensuring that farmers get timely and fair access to fertilizers during the Kharif season.
