Bhubaneswar, Oct 15 [UDN}:A meeting was held on October 12 under the chairmanship of the District Collector and District Magistrate of Bhadrak to ensure the peaceful and orderly celebration of the Utsav festival in Dhamnagar.
The meeting focused on ensuring that the festival is conducted smoothly, maintaining law and order, and coordinating arrangements among the concerned administrative and police departments.
The Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak, Additional District Magistrate, Sub-Collector, Additional Superintendent of Police, and Assistant District Magistrate (Judicial) were among the senior officials present at the meeting.
The Tahasildar of Dhamnagar, Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Officer-in-Charge of Dhamnagar Police Station, and members of the Utsav Committee also participated in the meeting.
The participation of senior district officials, police personnel, local administration representatives, and festival committee members highlights the district administration’s efforts to ensure that the celebrations take place peacefully, with proper coordination and adherence to law and order.
