‘Bharat Rice’ Launched for Army Personnel as Part of Efforts to Ensure Affordable Access to a Staple Food and Support the Armed Forces’ Food Requirements

Bhubaneswar,  Oct 13 [UDN}:‘Bharat Rice’ has been launched for the Indian Army in New Delhi in the presence of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi.

On the occasion, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh emphasised that a robust supply chain and the welfare of soldiers are crucial to ensuring the country’s national security. He underscored that the uninterrupted supply of essential food items to soldiers and meeting their requirements are integral components of the country’s defence system.
