Bargarh, May 27:: The association has urged the government to make the inter-district transfer process easier for primary school teachers. At present, under the inter-district mutual transfer system, a teacher gets only one opportunity during their service period to apply for a transfer. As a result, many primary teachers are unable to transfer to their home districts according to changing personal circumstances.
Due to this restriction, many teachers are reportedly facing mental stress and difficulties. Regarding this issue, a memorandum was submitted to Bargarh MP Pradeep Purohit. Among those present were Bikash Bhoi, Bikram Sadangi, Basanta Bag, and Sudhir Barik.
