Cuttack Collector Joins Children in Rath Yatra Celebration, Pulls Small Chariot and Clicks Pictures with Young Devotees

Cuttack, July 23 UDN}:  Cuttack Collector Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde won the hearts of young children pulling a chariot during the Rath Yatra celebrations in Cuttack. While passing through the road, the Collector noticed a group of children pulling a small chariot. He stopped, joined them in pulling the chariot, and also took photographs with the young devotees, creating a warm and memorable moment.
