Bhubaneswar, July 30 UDN}: The Odisha Fire and Emergency Services emerged as a beacon of hope during the ongoing flood emergency, carrying out extensive rescue operations across the affected areas. Demonstrating remarkable courage and swift response, rescue teams successfully evacuated 212 people trapped by rising floodwaters within the last 24 hours.
In addition to saving human lives, the rescue personnel also ensured the safety of 120 domestic animals, including cattle and other livestock, preventing significant losses to the livelihoods of affected families.
