From Direct Financial Support to Self-Help Groups, Odisha Expands Women-Centric Welfare Measures to Create Greater Economic and Social Opportunities

Bhubaneswar,  Aug 31 [UDN}:Subhadra Yojana: Women receive ₹10,000 per year, paid in two instalments of ₹5,000 each. Over five years, beneficiaries can receive a total of ₹50,000.

Mission Shakti Scheme: Aims to make women members of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) economically self-reliant by providing financial support, including interest-free loans.

MAMATA Scheme: Provides ₹5,000 in financial assistance to pregnant and lactating mothers to support nutrition and healthcare needs.
