Grand Celebrations Mark First Anniversary of Maa Mutyalamma Temple in Kolnara

Kolnara, May 04:  The first foundation anniversary of Maa Mutyalamma Temple was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Kolnara.
On the first day, rituals began with a Kalash Yatra, followed by Shanti Homa and the traditional Shodasha Upachara worship of the Goddess. In the evening, a cultural performance of Bharat Leela from Ganjam was staged for the entertainment of villagers.
On the following day, members of Gayatri Shakti Peeth organized a Nava Kundiya Gayatri Mahayajna, where local couples participated and offered ahuti (sacred offerings).
The organizing committee also announced that another Bharat Leela performance will be held on the concluding night. The rituals and events were conducted under the guidance of priests Neel Madhab Kar, Ashish Mishra, and Simi Kar.
The temple management committee felicitated the members of the Gayatri family for their contribution to the successful आयोजन of the festival.
