Jeypore, March, 16: Keeping in view the safety of lives and the need for emergency medical facilities for the people of Borigumma and its surrounding areas, Tara Prasad Bahinipati, MLA of Jeypore, today raised a demand in the Assembly for the establishment of a trauma centre in Borigumma.
Due to the frequent road accidents and emergency situations in this region, immediate medical facilities are extremely necessary. If a trauma centre is established in Borigumma, thousands of lives could be saved.
It is hoped that the government will seriously consider this public welfare demand and take prompt steps.
