Kotpad, Aug 26 [UDN}: A Panchayat-Level Grievance Redressal and Public Hearing Camp was organized at Chandili Gram Panchayat under the Kotpad Panchayat Samiti. The camp provided a platform for local residents to directly present their grievances, complaints, and various public-related concerns before the concerned officials and representatives. During the programme, people from the surrounding villages participated and brought forward issues related to basic amenities, civic infrastructure, welfare schemes, livelihood opportunities, public services, and other developmental matters affecting their daily lives.
The officials heard the grievances of the people and discussed the issues raised by the villagers, while efforts were made to provide appropriate guidance and initiate necessary action for resolving their concerns. The initiative was aimed at bringing public grievance redressal services closer to the people at the grassroots level and ensuring that their genuine problems are addressed in a timely, transparent, and effective manner.
