Malkangiri , : Nov 3 (UDN): In view of the possibility of Cyclone ‘Murasu’, the Malkangiri district administration has stepped up its preparedness and issued a comprehensive alert across the district. The administration will remain fully vigilant from November 2 to November 5 to deal with any possible emergency arising from the anticipated cyclone and associated heavy rainfall.
The district administration is maintaining close surveillance over the evolving weather situation and has emphasised the need for preparedness to ensure public safety and minimise potential damage. All concerned departments are expected to remain alert and coordinate their efforts to respond promptly to any emergency during this period.
