Neel Utkal Kalyan Teachers and Education Inspectors’ Association Conducts District-Level Election in Malkangiri with Members’ Participation

Malkangiri,July 21 [UDN}:The district-level election of the Neel Utkal Kalyan Teachers and Education Inspectors’ Association was held on Sunday at Malyaban Hostel, Malkangiri.
Four candidates contested for the post of President. Niranjan Mahapatra emerged victorious, defeating his nearest rival by eight votes.
The newly elected office-bearers are:
President: Niranjan Mahapatra
Vice President: Kshirod Kumar Mohanty
General Secretary: Bijay Patra
Joint Secretary: Deepak Kumar Nayak
Other elected members include Mandakini Pradhan, Sampad Swain, Ajay Raut, Prashanta Kumar Nayak, and Bibhudatta Tripathy.
The election process was smoothly conducted by Manoj Mishra, Uma Pattnaik, Ramakanta Behera, Mrs. Bira Madhi, and Laxmi Narayan.
As the election was held after a gap of nine years, it generated significant interest among members. A central committee, constituted under the direction of the state association, supervised the election. Ajay Rath served as the Chief Election Officer, while Kumar Mishra, Bijay Kumar Rath, N. Rajesh, Dilip Choudhury, and Mohan Majhi assisted as Election Officers.
