Bhubaneswar, July 8 (UDN): Odisha has stepped up its climate action efforts by adding 558 sq km of green cover and launching major initiatives to restore river corridors across the state.

The initiatives aim to protect the environment, improve biodiversity, and strengthen the state’s resilience against climate challenges. The expansion of green cover will help enhance natural ecosystems and support carbon absorption.
