Bhubaneswar: Aug 7 [UDN}:As part of efforts to attract greater investments to Odisha, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will begin a two-day roadshow in New Delhi today. The visit aims to engage with leading industrialists, business leaders, and potential investors ahead of the state’s upcoming investors’ summit.
During the roadshow, the Chief Minister is expected to hold a series of high-level meetings with representatives from major companies and industry associations, showcasing Odisha’s investor-friendly policies, strong industrial infrastructure, and vast opportunities across sectors such as manufacturing, mining, information technology, renewable energy, tourism, and logistics.
The state government hopes the campaign will strengthen investor confidence, encourage new investment proposals, generate employment opportunities, and accelerate Odisha’s economic growth. The roadshow is also expected to highlight the government’s commitment to ease of doing business and sustainable industrial development.
The two-day programme in the national capital forms an important part of Odisha’s broader strategy to position itself as one of India’s most attractive investment destinations.
