PM SHRI Scheme Monitoring Strengthened as 30 Officers Take Charge of Reviewing Implementation Across 30 Districts

Bhubaneswar,Aug 4 [UDN}: To ensure regular monitoring of the implementation of the PM SHRI Scheme in Odisha under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the School and Mass Education Department has assigned 30 officers to 30 districts.
The officers will visit their respective districts at regular intervals and inspect the infrastructure and progress of PM SHRI schools.
Among those assigned responsibilities, SCERT Director Madhusmita Sahu has been given charge of Ganjam, OSEPA Director Ananya Dash of Khordha, Director of Higher Secondary Education Niyati Pattnaik of Dhenkanal, CS Secretary Mrinal Kanti Dash of Boudh, Board of Secondary Education (BSE) President Srikanth Tarai of Kandhamal, and Director of Secondary Education Birendra Korkora of Koraput.
Similarly, OAV SPD Smita Rout has been assigned Nayagarh, Additional Secretary Girish Chandra Singh has been given Gajapati, Special Secretary Shivashish Dhal has been assigned Keonjhar, Director of Primary Education Bal Mukund Bhuyan has been given Kalahandi, and Special Secretary Lopamudra Mohanty has been assigned Jagatsinghpur.
Other officers assigned include TBPM Director Sambit Kumar Nayak for Jharsuguda, Additional Secretary Sumitra Dash for Cuttack, Durga Prasad Mahapatra for Sambalpur, Bijayalakshmi Patsani for Balasore, Jadumani Mahala for Mayurbhanj, Bhagaban Behera for Bolangir, Diptirani Sahu for Puri, and PM POSHAN Nodal Officer Bhavani Prasad Mishra for Subarnapur.
Further, OSEPA ADG Sangeeta Behera has been assigned Nabarangpur, Joint Secretary Jasmin Pattnaik has been given Kendrapara, CSSE Secretary Shubhrambala Behera has been assigned Angul, BSE Secretary Saroj Kumar Behera has been given Rayagada, and other senior education officials have been assigned districts including Malkangiri, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Deogarh, Nuapada and others.
The assigned officers will monitor the quality of education, infrastructure development, and overall implementation of the PM SHRI initiative in the districts under their charge.
