Primary Teachers Receive Major Assurance as Government Commits to Resolving Key Demands Raised by the Federation

Bhubaneswar:June 13:  The government has assured the fulfilment of various demands raised by the Primary Teachers’ Federation. Following the instructions of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, the Chief Whip of the ruling party, Saroj Kumar Pradhan, visited the protest site of the primary teachers and held discussions with the agitating teachers.

Mr. Pradhan assured the teachers that the two-point charter of demands would be addressed before the upcoming Monsoon Session of the Assembly. He also requested the Federation to suspend its ongoing protest in view of the government’s commitment to resolving the issues.
