Ganjam,Oct 12 [UDN}: Ganjam district is set to launch a major initiative aimed at enhancing the skills and employment prospects of its rural youth. ‘Sadhana Kendras’ will be opened in all 493 gram panchayats of the district from November.
The centres will provide training in spoken English, computers, banking, life skills and competitive examinations, helping young people develop practical skills and improve their preparedness for employment opportunities.
According to Ganjam Collector V. Keerthi Vasan, the key objective of the initiative is to empower rural youth by providing them with access to skill development and better employment opportunities within their communities.
