Teachers empowered as Teaching Materials Preparation Workshop wraps up at Bandbahal with focus on creative pedagogy.

Jharsuguda April 22:: A two-day cluster-level workshop on the preparation of teaching-learning materials was successfully held at the high school located in Bahal Colony, Bandbahal. The program was inaugurated by the headmaster of the local high school, Santosh Baliar Singh, who attended as the chief guest.
On the first day of the workshop, 17 teachers from the cluster actively participated in preparing various teaching materials. On the occasion of the Odia Paksha celebration themed “Ama Ruchi Ama Khadya” (Our Taste, Our Food), participants also showcased traditional homemade Odia dishes.
On the second day, teachers prepared and displayed attractive and innovative teaching aids related to subjects such as language, mathematics, color recognition, and social science. These materials were designed to make learning easier and more engaging for children.
The workshop was organized by CRCC Tirthabasi Pradhan, with active cooperation from all participating teachers and staff.
