Two IPS Officers Receive Major Career Elevation as They Are Promoted to the Rank of Director General

Bhubaneswar,  Aug 18 [UDN}:Senior IPS officers Sanjeeb Panda and Yashwant Kumar Jethwa, IPS, have been promoted to the rank of Director General of Police (DG).
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has approved the proposal for their promotion.
With the tenure of DGP Yogesh Bahadur Khurania scheduled to continue until August 16, speculation had intensified over the names of several senior IPS officers who could be considered for the post of DGP.
