VD Satheesan Chosen as Kerala Chief Minister as Congress High Command Resolves Leadership Deadlock Following UDF Landslide Win

Kerala, May 15:  V.D. Satheesan to Become the Chief Minister of Kerala
Decision Taken by the Central Leadership After 10 Days of Discussions
Satheesan had served as the Leader of the Opposition in the previous Legislative Assembly.
The Congress party announced the decision through a press meet.
K.C. Venugopal and Ramesh Chennithala were also in the race for the post.
